Nothing is better for the soul, at least my soul, than recognition and appreciation for one’s contribution, and being able to make a difference in another’s life.
Today, two people I’ve only recently come to know reached out to me on food matters. One called to tell me the product I’d provided to him was the “best he’d ever had”. The other has had her dietary world turned upside down with newly detected allergies and was hoping I could help make sense out of it. I could, and she feels less anxious about eating as a result.
This is why I cook. This is why I became a Personal Chef.
