Thanksgiving: hurried and harried

At this time every year, personal chefs get panicky calls about all sorts of food problems. Could I help recreate Grandma’s lost recipe for “Albanian Corn Sauce”  that’s needed RIGHT NOW? Another just learned that two new dinner guests are vegetarians, another is a vegan, and crazy Uncle Phil has developed an allergy to “foods that are crunchy”, has no clue what to do, and is thinking of leaving the country. You get the idea.

And then there’s the person who just moved into a new home and actually has to deliver on her promise to host the event this year.
