I’m a professionally trained and educated chef. I’m also a Certified Personal Chef
, as recognized by the United States Federal Government and the United States Personal Chef Association. I’ve worked in French restaurants, in the catering industry, and I’ve been an Executive Chef at several locations of one of the world’s largest hospitality corporations. The International Food Safety Council has certified me as a ServSafe Food Production Manager. I’m also a full-time Personal Chef, and have been since 2001.
Who are my clients?
People just like you…singles, couples, small families, large families, the elderly. My clients have me cook once or twice a month, depending on the number of people in the household, and if the meals are being eaten for lunch or dinner, or both. Special scheduling and delivery needs can usually be accommodated.What’s the first step?
We need to discuss your specific diet needs, likes and dislikes and create a dining profile for you. Every time I cook for you, I create a new menu for your approval. Once approved, I do all the rest – grocery shopping, cooking and delivery to your home on the designated delivery day.
What about special diets?
Special diets are usually not a problem. If you’re on a diet prescribed by your physician, I will require a copy to ensure accuracy in menu preparation. If you’re trying to lower your fat content, reduce your carb intake, increase your proteins – in short, if you’re trying to eat a healthier diet every day – I can help you reach your goals.
What about cost?
For clients within a 20 mile radius of my home in Glendale, AZ, my standard service of 20 meals starts at $375, inclusive.

Where am I?
I live in Glendale, AZ. While many of my clients are local, some are out-of-state. i have a client in London who arranges a monthly meal service for her parents in Tempe.
Where do I cook?
I cook in a licensed commercial kitchen. There’s no need to disrupt your schedule or make arrangements to let me into and out of your home to prepare your meals. On the designated day, I arrive with your meals ready for the freezer and refrigerator.
When is the best time to start?
Whenever it’s convenient for you. An interview to establish your dining profile takes less than an hour. Evening and weekend hours are usually available.
